We've got tons of stuff we want to do to our house. Lots of remodeling and whatnot. Tons of plans, tons of talk, tons of "we should do".

So, a few weeks ago, my awesome 0007 decided to do something we'd been talking about for a while.

He pulled up the carpet in Snappy's room.

Then, I said, "Hey, why don't I just bust up all this tile!"

"And, why don't I wear really cool glasses while I do it!"

No big whoop. Not like it's gonna turn into a huge project or anything!

It's been a few weeks. Yes, I was sick for a week. Yes, I really enjoy my procrastination. So what! Who cares?

We're finally done though! Well, almost. Done enough to share pics! There's still the matter of baseboards and trim painting but, otherwise we have an entirely new Snappy room and we are all ecstatic! Seriously, I may have gone a little overboard with the girliness but, I'm so in love with it!

Here is what Snappy's room used to look like.

And, here is what her room looks like now.

That little pillow in the frame is from when I was a baby. I love unique framing!

Her bow holder is something I made a couple of weeks ago. I took the old framed poster that was on her wall, removed the poster and glass, spray painted the frame and the mattes. Then I ran ribbon from top to bottom, securing behind the bottom matte with hot glue. Topped it with the outer matte and put it back in the frame without the glass. The bows all clip easily to the ribbon.

I made this chair about a year ago. I've always loved it. Pink and brown is one of my fave color combos. I had this table in TRex's room so I drug it out the other day and painted it up! I love how it turned out and it just goes perfectly with the chair.

Like I said, we still have a couple of things to do but, all in all, I am l-o-v-i-n-g it!

And, I'm so happy we can move on to procrastinating the next project!

Hope y'all have a great weekend!
